AgeSA Mobil

At Adesso Turkey, I was part of a team of more than 25 people working on AgeSA Mobil. My focus was the journey where customers apply for an individual pension plan (BES). I turned business rules into functional specifications and worked through questions with developers. I also wrote the test scenarios and personally executed the functional tests, recording the results in Xray. We used Jira and Confluence throughout our Agile sprints, and .NET was part of the application’s technology stack during my time on the project.

A short application flow still leaves plenty to work through: what information to ask for, which rules apply and what happens when an application cannot proceed. I wrote the specifications and test scenarios together; defining an expected result often exposed a question that needed a business decision. AgeSA’s 2024 annual report describes Cebimde BES as a five-step purchase journey and records the completion of its December pilot.

The BES journey sits inside a much broader mobile service. Customers can view contracts and coverage, change contributions and use FonPro’s risk-profile and fund-allocation tools. The published app features also include biometric sign-in, switching from a banking app into AgeSA Mobil and back, and sign-language video support. My own work centred on the pension application flow within that wider product.

The wider AgeSA Mobil app has 1 million+ downloads on Google Play and a 4.7/5 score from around 28,000 ratings on the Turkish App Store. Those figures show the scale of the product in which I worked on the BES application journey.

I also put together a short requirements and testing example for this portfolio. It shows how I structure this kind of analysis, using sample information rather than client documents.
